Making friends with fear is possible... it is through love of self and acceptance that we can sit with every version of oneself to help ourselves then love to help others.

Thank you for this group. I am at this door now walking in and I will need support as I do this transition.

Felt as if I wanted to comment with questions...Is fear something that comes as a form of protection of our egos?  Do we fear what people will think about us?  If so doe we allow our fears to cause us to lie in order to protect how people will look at us?   Or does fear have more to do with the fear of doing something wrong?  If all of this is true then, doesn't LOVE offer a different choice?  Doesn't love overcome fear?
