Hello there, I watched the one video posted, And I haven't seen any other parts, but just this one clip has much meaning and is quite insightful.
Amusingly, one of the first things I thought of was, Dont talk to strangers being the mantra of American children, while it is expected in Japan, as a way of expressing mutual respect.
Then I saw Gratitude being expressed, in the laying of the flowers at the bridge, for the Life giving waters.
To sum up what I heard the wise gentleman say,
When you live within the perspective of Human needs, rather than the desires or distractions, which the Industrialized environment causes to be necessary for fulfillment. You are fulfilled by your very way of life.
Harmony and Balance, in Mind, Body and Spirit, are directly related to the Natural Environment in which you live. As we are natural creatures, or are nature, and nature is us, we cannot separate ourselves from it and survive.
