Shirdi Sai Baba came to fame, when as a young man he would visit the local mosques reciting forbidden Hindu prayers ... only to be scolded and chased out, then repeat the reverse at the local hindu temples. This led to leaders of both faiths to have to come together in dialog to discuss this young rebel's antics. When questioned by these officials, Shirdi would explain patiently that God has no artificial divisions, and that neither did he.
