i am a beginer and was just just wondering if someone could help...in a 3 card spread about a relationship a 10 - 8 - 4 all swords were drawn together? what does this mean?

"The Nine of Swords card suggests that you should try to contain your emotions until you have everything in order. Later you can retreat into your comfort zone and let it all out -- the regret or guilt that sticks like a thorn and keeps you from confronting shattered romantic illusions. Be aware that the fear or sorrow hanging over your head could be taking its toll on your love life or relationship. If this torment is recurring, realize that it isn't about what you have done to deserve this, but more about the natural consequences of something you have been unable to see clearly until now. This is about that moment of painful yet necessary realization. You know you can't go on like this anymore -- there is no going back. Inevitable change must come."

I do not understand why I cannot find a shuffling method that I like. I feel connected to my cards. I have tried to stop when I get the feeling to stop, does not feel right. If I do shuffle and stop I then do not feel right choosing the top card to begin with but isnt that the usual? I decided to count the persons fav number...like if your fav number is 3 after i shuffle i would count out three cards and then start the layout from there and even though this feels better, like putting more of the persons energy on it, personalizing it a bit more, I still am not completely comfortable. This has been going on for about a year. Any suggestions? Hugs, Lori

The Hierophant card affirms my alter ego is mandated to practice what I preach as both a First Among Equals and Disciple to its network or fold. Dual port-keys decode my superpowers to account and self-preserve, bound to conform by faith or rights under equal protection, or resist to re-balance high-handed architecture that's on the brink of collapse under its own culture, hypocrisy and crossed virtues. Being in or out of the Barnyard Pageant sets a line or oath between 'us' and 'them' but today's dose of theatrical humility, passive climate or organized troubles lends credibility or continuity by promoting rank and file image. By popular demand I bow to the master or am compelled to honor a blueprint, uniform or code of common decency to get to the top or bottom of it. Take me to your leader and I'm inclined to condescend to acquiesce to a request, unless inconsistent with house rules."

The arcana of the tarot that are part of the first group to be researched are :1-oO mage 0.2-A 0.3-A priestess empress emperor The 0.4-0.5-Priest ... these mysteries are called: THE PATH OF WILL ...
The lover letter in June, is called the path of free will, suggests more of a chance!

That is a great answer and does indeed help. Thank you, RaK.

the images on the deck are called archetypes, and yes they are universal. For me specifically, I started using the Marseilles Tarot, but it is at the same time the most simple and difficult to read, it was the first "new ' version of the tarot that came back in the middle ages. I learn years after that the creation of that tarot was collective, so I assumed that they were designed by diverse minds that had different senses of what each archetype really means. They are important, and any good tarot will try to express the archetype, and its diverse symbols. For instance you will find in the Waite Tarot, the number 8 of swords is someone having eight swords stuck in their heart, In Thoth's tarot is classified as Disappointment, serious heart break, to the point that hurts your soul. It is the same archetype (the pains are common for all humanity), just with a different pictorial story. That is why is so important to you to be aligned and attuned to a tarot, because you will feel the fine vibrational syntony that the cards will pass to you. I hope it helped.
Namaste.

On the same topic - how important are the images on the cards themselves? Is this what you mean by the different decks? Are not the Arcana universal? Just curious as I was given a deck and I like it, but for purely superficial reasons.

I will look it up and see what I can find. I have enjoyed the osho deck, the art .. and always a message in a bottle.
