This happened on April 4th. i wrote it on my website blog and I thought I would share it with you. Today I walked into the building that I work in and greeted the security guards like I do every day. I am a Spiritual, Meditation & Reiki Practitioner. I specialize in discovering and understanding the universal personality patterns we embody and evolve into throughout our lives. By fostering understanding of these Archetypal figures, I can provide insight to the individual seeking to break patterns which do not serve positive growth. I explore the Light and Shadow aspects of these personality traits and their roles in the world around us. I hold to a philosophy that once we have a basic understanding of how and why we act and react the way we do, we will have a better understanding of and empathy for others and their actions. I offer guided meditations and also teach methods for personalizing your own meditations, making them effective and sacred. I work with energy through channeling, meditation, chakras and crystals.
