Mediation Question about Physical Reactions

I am new to meditating and when I meditate or recieve a Reiki Long Distance Healing, I feel my skin begin to tingle especially my lips. I was wondering if anybody else experiences this or if this is the normal reaction? Is this a sign of raising your vibration? Please advise or explain. Any answers would be greatly apprieciated !! …
