During the latest energies I am finding with myself and many others I have been doing Healing work with that although many of us have done a lot of Healing work on ourselves we need to delve deeper into the cells in our body to find those hidden past hurts and fears that remain hiding from us until we are ready to completely release, having the Courage to Let Go..........
Our Body is our best teacher and Guide if we take some time to listen to it and feel it.
