The answer to the problem lies within the problem itself.
To do this, do not try to find the solution, but instead try to find the problem.
What is the problem really asking? Get to know what the problem is all about. Accept all data that the problem is presenting to you.
If you are able to truly find the problem, you will find your solution.
Do not fight the problem. Learn to work with it and understand it. Accept the problem for what it truly is.
Problem = Opportunity
Solution = Seizing the Opportunity
To be a good problem solver, you must have flexibility, and honest, compassionate acceptance.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. If you are having a hard time, with one approach, maybe try and changing it.
Where does the true problem lie?
Again, Problem = Opportunity
What is the problem really asking of? Don’t try to figure it out, accept it for what it is.
It’s okay to take a break from a problem; however, a problem will always exist until it becomes a solution. We must learn to solve.
Solve = Action
Once we are able to truly find the problem, we find our solution. Once we find our solution, we must put our solution into action.
Sometimes, solving a problem comes with a lot of anxiety, uncertainty, and fear. Don’t take this as a sign to turn back and walk away from it. Take this as sign that this is evermore your solution and a chance for you to grow and progress. It’s ours if we want it, and if we want it, we have to do our part. We have to solve.
Sometimes, people think that they solved a problem, and are surprised when the problem pops back up. The reason why the problem keeps popping back up is because the person misunderstood what the problem was all about, and therefore, the problem was never solved. It still exists.
We can pretend to not see problems all we want, but by doing that, nothing is solved. The problems still exist.
We need to accept our problems and be willing to solve if we want solutions.
