A few words about empathy...
I often come across articles about
the suffering of empaths. They mention our sensitivity to the emotions
of others and frequently paint us as vulnerable. It may be true that
someone who is unaware of the origin of certain feelings or heartaches
may find his or herself at the mercy of waves of emotion or suffering.
However, like any kind of sensitivity, a bit of inquiry from within will
start to yield answers. Sooner or later, you may find networks like
one or come across just the right information in a book or on the
Empathy exists for a reason. It helps us relate to
others, it helps us understand what their words do not tell us. Empathy
helps you as much as the other people you encounter.

Empaths often have the ability to heal.
It’s mentioned less but often our ability to perceive the emotions of
others, and “take on their emotions as our own”, also involves relieving
the other person of some of their suffering. Once you become aware of
this, you can act accordingly. You can understand what is happening and
afterwards, discharge the excess emotion from your self.
course, understanding your empathy and discovering how you want to use
it in your life is completely up to you. The main thing to remember is
that empathy reminds us how connected we really are. Consider the
positive aspects, shield yourself and remember, just as we receive, we
also send out. An empath who feels the world is on his shoulders will
also send out his suffering.
The world is not on your shoulders, you just have the opportunity to
hear it's heartbeat. The more you heal from within, the more you start
to see the beauty of your gifts.
