I've started taking one teaspoon twice a day of raw bee pollen.
Its natural and organic and helps you feel great. This brand
has a great taste-------

YS is available at whole foods market in the USA for about $11 a pound
bottle. That's a real good amount as I take 1 teaspoon morning and evening.
There are different ways you can incorporate it in foods and smoothies and many ideas are available on the net.

I think this is good stuff. real immediate boost of energy-----
and its an animal product but does not hurt the bees who provide it.

Who likes Bee Pollen and what are peoples experiences?

I don't do it the way these girls are doing it at all.

I just eat it straight and let it dissolve in my mouth and mix with my saliva as slow as possible. I think it taste good -- very esoteric even.

Here's a video on how it satisfies food craving and helps weight loss if desired.
