ROSICRUCIAN BREATHING EXERCISE ARE TO BE PERFORMED DAILY
1.Facing the East sit straight up in a comfortable chair making sure that your feet are firmly planted on the floor and there is no clothing binding on your body. If possible have a watch near you.
2. With the mouth closed take a deep breath inhaling through the nostrils only.
3. Hold your breath for about 30 seconds or as long as comfortable. The longer the better.
4. As soon as you feel that you must take another breath. Exhale SLOWLY through the nostrils.
5. Continue this exercise several times until you feel that you are ready to breath in a normal manner.
Note: You may feel a tingling sensation with vitality;there may be a bit of dizziness due to the blood pressure in the head in some cases,but this is only temporary.
REMEMBER: Upon rising in the morning - drink a cool glass of water. Try to drink 6 (8 oz.)glasses of water each day. Upon retiring at night - drink a cool glass of water.
