Thank you son for your thoughtfulness. I was thinking about you last evening before you called this morning. Have you ever heard of "Creatively Suited"?
I'e got a little time left before 64 dawns on me.
I hope you are enjoying the mild spring weather... definitelly nice after a long winter. Tell Olga, and family that I send my love. I hope some can of you can attend my graduation. I think it is June... I would like to visit before then. Have a great weekend!
Thank you Jim, I am still working away at school only 6 weeks left and I am very excited! My mid term marks were excellent just have to catch up on my online course which I am doing this weekend. Great to hear from you. With love wishing you an excellent weekend! Here is another pic from last summer.
“Bring me then the plant that points to those bright Lucidites swirling up from the earth, And life itself exhaling that central breath! Bring me the sunflower crazed with the love of light”
I glad to hear the interview went well I removed the last response because I felt it had a negative cogitation. I am happy that it went well. It is great work that you are doing. Sometimes the work that we do was a source of a previous pain. In our work we... we work on ourselves and that reflects on the work that we do and how we interact. The kids I work with are not that different than the work you do just different issues. All that we can give is our attention and our care... love. They may not be able to at times respond to us in the way we interact with each other... but they feel our presence and our love. I believe if that is all we can give we are doing a good job. I know they appreciate music the and kids kids love music too. It is higher form of communication that I feel they can understand. They don't seem to even mind my singing early in morning at circle time. :) Have a wonderful weekend. P.S. I promise I'll do my homework.
Very interesting how pain can cause certain realizations a divine truth is in the middle of the hour glass... in joy or pain... a present in presence. So much to read so little time... or is their?
Wishing every moment is a blessing in life. With love and reverence.
I can't find the quote maybe it wasn't Cohen after all, but the idea middle of the hour glass being in the present moment. I took a class where this idea came from: Art's and the 21st -Century Imagination: "Longing for Paradise." Which based on a book by Mario Jacoby on Jungian perspective. We didn't read the book in that class but I bet you it's a good one...
I found this cool quote by Nietzsche- "
What if a demon were to creep after you one night, in your loneliest loneliness, and say, 'This life which you live must be lived by you once again and innumerable times more; and every pain and joy and thought and sigh must come again to you, all in the same sequence. The eternal hourglass will again and again be turned and you with it, dust of the dust!' Would you throw yourself down and gnash your teeth and curse that demon? Or would you answer, 'Never have I heard anything more divine'?" -Friedrich Nietzsche
